   3 <p>The <b>Category:</b> drop-down is used to select the
   4 category into which the imported questions
   5 will go.</p>

   7 <p>Some import formats (GIFT and XML Format) permit the category
   8 to be specified inside the import file. In order for this to
   9 happen the <b>from file</b> box must be ticked. If it is not,
  10 the questions will go into the selected category regardless
  11 of any instructions in the file.</p>

  13 <p>When categories are specified inside an import file, if they
  14 do not exist they will be created.</p>
